Finished goods from end of line to wrapping or the warehouse
A full UK or US pallet (up to 1,200 kg) leaves the line and has to reach the strapping or wrapping station, or the warehouse, without a forklift. The GoPal® U24W picks it up at a pallet or conveyor station and delivers it station to station.
Beyond pallets: metal frames and oversized loads
Not every load sits on a standard pallet. The GoPal® U24W also carries other loads on its lift, such as metal frames, stacked rings, crates or oversized parts, between stations in production.
Pallet transfer between production stations
Semi-finished goods move between lines or process steps on pallets. The GoPal® U24W runs these fixed routes autonomously among operators, which takes forklift traffic out of the production aisles.
Packaging material to packaging lines
A packaging line stops when cartons, film or labels run out. The GoPal® U24W brings the next pallet of packaging material to the line when an operator calls it, so nobody leaves the line to fetch it.
Empty pallets and waste
Empty pallets go back to the palletizer or pallet dispenser, and scrap leaves the production area on a pallet. These are frequent, low-value moves that an AMR can take over from operators.
